Delete account

Delete your Areacodes account on this page. You do not need your phone. We send a six-digit code to the email address of your account.

What we delete

  • Your sign-in data: your email address, your name and your Apple account ID.
  • Your push tokens, so we send no more pushes to your phone.
  • Each Outstanding Claim. We cancel it, and you cannot redeem it.

What we keep

We keep each Redemption as a record for the Business, with no link to you. Our backups keep the link for 90 days, then delete it. Our privacy policy tells you more.

If you used Hide My Email

If you signed in with Apple and hid your email address, your account uses a different address. To find it, open Settings on your iPhone. Tap your name, then tap Sign in with Apple. Tap Areacodes to see the address.

If you do not get a code

Look in your spam folder. If you still do not get a code, go to our support page, or send an email to ten@acbrighton.com. Send it from the email address of your account.
